Specifications
• Fixature Type: Cemented.
• Stem is thickened at one end while tapered at the other. This feature of the stem
prevents its rotation once implanted.
• Collar are meant for weight distribution on the calcar. Also it has positive impact on
micro-motions and additionally prevents osteopenia.
• In standard prosthesis, collar between the stem and neck minimize the migration of
polyethlene wear debris.
• It is available in different head sizes which enables it to fit accurately in the
acetabulum. Head dia varies from 37-55mm.
• Available in both sterile and non-sterile form.
Indications for use
It is indicated for:
• Replacement of the degenerated femoral head
• Femoral neck fractures
• Idiopathic avascular necrosis
• Nonunions
