The 3.5mm Locking Clavicle Hook Plate is an orthopedic fixation plate designed for treating certain lateral clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocations. It features locking holes and is available in different hook depths.
The plate is available in both titanium and stainless steel options, allowing healthcare professionals to select the appropriate material based on the surgical requirements.
The 3.5mm Locking Clavicle Hook Plate is available with three hook depths: 12 mm, 15 mm, and 18 mm. Each depth is offered with different plate hole configurations.
The plate is available in 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 hole configurations. Right and left versions are also available for different surgical requirements.
According to the product specifications, it is indicated for lateral clavicle fractures, including Neer type II and Jäger and Breitner type II fractures, as well as certain acromioclavicular joint dislocations classified as Tossy III or Rockwood III to V.
