Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. This shipping policy explains how Stahlmann Pro handles processing, transit, and delivery of your purchases. It complements our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

1  Where We Ship

We ship our products worldwide to customers, hospitals and distributors. Orders destined for the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries receive priority handling and typically arrive sooner. International deliveries are available subject to local import regulations and restrictions.

2  Processing Times

  • Order preparation: We strive to process and prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For large or customized orders, processing may take longer.

  • Operating days: Our fulfilment centre operates Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order cut‑off: Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT+4) on a working day or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3  Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic (UAE): Standard deliveries within the United Arab Emirates typically arrive in 1–3 business days after dispatch. Express delivery may be available upon request.

  • GCC countries: Deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar usually take 3–5 business days. Customs clearance may extend transit times.

  • International: Global shipments are sent via reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery can range from 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs procedures. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to variations in international shipping and customs.

4  Shipping Charges

Our goal is to provide transparent and fair shipping rates:

  • Domestic and regional shipments: Orders destined for the UAE and nearby countries are charged based on weight and destination. For large or bulky items (e.g. surgical instrument sets or implant systems), additional freight charges may apply in line with actual carrier costs.

  • Free shipping thresholds: Periodically we may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a certain value or as part of promotional campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

  • International shipments: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.

5  Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate street address, including building name/number, floor, and contact phone number. We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or forwarding services. Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.

6  Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking notification within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

7  Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees.

8  Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to package every order securely. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please note the damage with the courier upon delivery and notify us immediately. For lost or missing shipments, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can start an investigation.

9  Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws and regulations, certain products may not be eligible for international shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to the destination country and will issue a refund in such cases. Additionally, we do not ship hazardous materials or items prohibited by international carriers.
