Return Policy
At Stahlmann Pro, we strive to ensure that every product meets our high quality standards. Because our devices are used in medical settings, special conditions apply to returns and exchanges. This policy explains your rights and obligations when returning a product.
1 Eligibility

Unused and unopened items: Products may be returned if they are in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, implants and sterile instruments that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Defective or damaged items: If a product arrives damaged or is defective due to manufacturing, you may request a replacement or refund. We may ask for proof (photographs or inspection) before processing.

Custom or made‑to‑order items: Custom implants or special‑order instruments are non‑returnable unless defective.
2 Return Window
You must notify us of your intention to return an eligible product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. After approval, products must be shipped back to us within 10 days. We will provide the return address and any necessary documentation.
3 Return Process

Package securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. For fragile items, use adequate cushioning material.

Ship via a tracked service: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable courier and retaining the receipt until we confirm receipt.

Inspection and approval: Once we receive the product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will proceed with an exchange or refund.
4 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our confirmation. We cannot refund any shipping charges incurred on the original order unless the product was defective or dispatched in error.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping charges may apply for the new item.

Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
5 Non‑Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Products that have been opened, used or sterilized.

Items not purchased directly from Stahlmann Pro.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling or incorrect storage after delivery.
6 Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellations are treated as returns and must comply with this policy.
7 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or our business practices. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the date of revision. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
