- Available in both Stainless Steel and Titanium material
- Plate holes accept 4.5mm cortical screws.
- Spoon Plate 4.5s are designed to fit over the anterior crest of the tibia.
- It should be bent pre-operative to accurately match the anatomy of the segment of bone to be fixed. An oval hole helps in the temporary fixation of the plate before final adjustment and fixation.
- Shaft with V-profile for the fixation on the frontal edge of the tibia. Fixation with 4.5mm Cortex screws.
- Plate available with 5 & 6 holes
Indications for use
4.5mm Spoon Plate is indicated for-
- pilon fractures that have extensive anterior crushing and provides good posture support.
- metaphyseal non-unions of distal tibia and the distal humerus.
