4.5mm Spoon Plate

Available in both Stainless Steel and Titanium material
Plate holes accept 4.5mm cortical screws.
Spoon Plate 4.5s are designed to fit over the anterior crest of the tibia.
It should be bent pre-operative to accurately match the anatomy of the segment of bone to be fixed. An oval hole helps in the temporary fixation of the plate before final adjustment and fixation.
Shaft with V-profile for the fixation on the frontal edge of the tibia. Fixation with 4.5mm Cortex screws.
Plate available with 5 & 6 holes

Indications for use

4.5mm Spoon Plate is indicated for-

pilon fractures that have extensive anterior crushing and provides good posture support.
metaphyseal non-unions of distal tibia and the distal humerus.
