Indications for use

4.5mm Proximal Femur Plate is indicated to treat fractures of the femur including-

Fractures of the trochanteric region, trochanteric simple, trochanterodiaphyseal , multifragmentary pertrochanteric, interotrochanteric reversed or transverse or with additional fracture of the medial cortex
Metastatic fracture of the proximal femur
Fracture of the proximal end of the femur combined with ipsilateral shaft fractures
Osteotomies of the proximal femur
Fixation of osteopenic bone and fixation of nonunions or malunions
